The question: How long had you worked at Sierra Designs prior to the beginning of MHW?
Transcript:
Mike: Exactly one year. I was hired November 1st to come up from San Diego to work at Sierra Designs as sales manager and Jack Gilbert had left a very singular job description on my desk. And Jack’s very famous for just using yellow note paper for everything and I had a piece of yellow note paper that just said, “Your job is to make sure the reps don’t have us to complain about anything.” So that was my job, was to make sure that Sierra Designs wasn’t at fault for anything the reps couldn’t do and execute in the field.
