Historic Sierra Designs Catalog - 1975
George Mark's commentary: "1975 - This was a bold undertaking and the end of the catalogs as we had come to know of them. It also heralded the departure of Jean Nagy, who was the driving force behind this radical design. It was a total failure and the phones remained silent for days. It was rejected by the dealers as not acceptable at all. The CML folks wanted to see a change to more conventional sales tools, so we moved on to more predictable forms of advertising and catalog sales catalogs in the not quite Madison Avenue style, but getting closer. It actually came to that some years later."
